Although my husband and I couldn’t move into Layton Meadows, the office manager Victoria helped us find a different community which accepted us. My rating is due to the excellent service I received from someone who genuinely wanted to help us find somewhere to live rather than just take my money

Tori & Chloe are always nice & friendly when I come into the office. If I have a problem & concern it's taken care of in a matter of time.

The management staff is absolutely wonderful! They helped me with everything I needed and they made my stay absolutely perfect, I wish I didn’t have to leave! any problems I had were quickly taken care of by the wonderful maintenance staff. Tori and Chloe were super professional and I couldn’t have had a better experience living anywhere else!

Mike is awesome. In the midst of all that is going on with covid-19 not only is he here working hard everyday but is also extremely compassionate and caring for the residence. I am so blown away and touched that Mike not only thought of my family through these goings on but brought us food from the school drop off, what he did means so much to me. I am so deeply moved by what he did and am so proud to have someone like him working for this community. Thank you Mike from the bottom of my heart. You are amazing!!!!

The office was super friendly and helpful when my range went out in my kitchen. They were able to get Nick and Jake to come up in a very timely manner and fix the problem. Awesome crew with awesome results

Nick is a cool dude. Really helpful! Listened to all my needs and problems in my apartment. Best maintenance guy here!
