What a great experience! I saw an ad online for a super cute apartment and set up a time to come tour it. Dresden was so helpful and had all the answers to my questions prior to the tour. Makayla was so knowledgeable and kind as well, she answered all of my questions during the tour. I also appreciated Dresden following up to make sure we had every thing we needed to make an informed decision. These ladies are SO nice I want to live there just because of them.

Considering we only have 1 man on maintenance Dylan very professional very pleasant to talk to and very very good at his job considering he is the only maintenance guy we have here he is very skilled in his field and knows how to get the job done fast and correctly and having a skilled maintenance man is a very good attribute for any complex to have

My bathroom light had not been working properly. Dylan came and changed it out with a new one even though I knew he should have already been off work for the night. He was very helpful and professional in getting it done and working again. I really appreciate his willingness to help 😁

Wanted to give Dillon the maintenance man here at layton meadows a special thanks! My apartment has had its share of problems but he has fixed all of them and we love our apartment thanks again!!

New management is in the house!! And this is a honest review I’ve been here for a year now and the ladies are so active and nice and they really do care about the residents. They have a new crew and working on getting the buildings back into shape. Also bringing the residents together plays the part of keeping a safe and fun atmosphere !! I’d recommend living here with what fun new stuff they got planned 💙😌 I gotta say it’s very welcoming area and in the office are really nice Young ladies that will give you all the information you ask for and need. Helped me get into a place with a low income and it’s a recommended place to get in. Great service!! Friendly staff!! Keeps it professional And most importantly they make it fun!! 💯🙏

I would like to say that Dresden is amazing she is always friendly, cheerful and gives excellent service.

I’ve been meaning to post this I could never catch the workers name until the other day which was Dillon he does maintenance I didn’t know that. He is an awesome guy every time he’s around or outside he’s always welcoming and very kind makes sure everything is good very people friendly great customer service. Thank you Dillon.
