APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Layton

After a year of being here, I feel like I have enough experiences to put together a concrete review. Starting off, the new management team here is amazing. Clear and open communication. Email, text, both? You’re gonna know what’s going on. You need to ask for something, need assistance? Go into the office. I want to express a deep thank you to Aubrey, Rylie, Laci, and Lindsey. You amazing ladies made the chaos of a job change for me go smooth, helping me figure things out and helping find some resources when my choice was roof over my head, or food in my belly. As for maintenance! Special thank you to Dillon who came and helped out with my shower knob breaking after I had a long aggravating shift at work and it was just the final straw, even when the holidays were going on. When my dishwasher died? He was there within a couple days. As well as swiftly coming to check out my AC unit when it died. Workin two jobs makes timing things difficult but he was there when needed, and even after it died fully after getting the all clear, he came back AFTER he was off and home to check it out and came in first thing the next morning to swap it out for me. I haven’t slept this good SINCE I first moved in (I like it cold). Now, as with every management change over there are some bumps in the road. This team of amazing people inherited a property with a rough reputation. Admittedly I was trepidatious when I first moved in. We’ve all heard the unfortunate monicker: Layton Ghettos. That may have fit before, but now? No. This team has worked so hard: through maintenance team change overs, burst water lines, a whole building catching fire, through the whole thing they’ve tackled it with grace. Trying so hard to update, repair, and bring the quality of living up to a great and affordable standard. They were given a mess of a situation: rough maintenance team; bad reputation; mismanaged tenant interactions. But as it stands right now? It’s A THOUSAND times better than it used to be. There’s still a lot to do, but I’ve got faith in all of them that things will continue to improve under their management. So much so, I am going to extend another year here. I’m my opinion and experience: it is Layton Ghettos no more. Not even close. I appreciate you guys! And thank you so much!

Had great experience with the service and staff specifically Riley Hanson. She really helped us understand everything about the apartments and any other additional information we needed!

I toured these apartments the other day with Riley and she was a huge help very nice, answered every question I had. It was also their open house that day and they had some pretty good chili. I guess they do something like that once a month, kinda cool if you ask me.

Went in for a tour of a apartment. All the people in the office we nice and professional! And the apartment that was shown was very nice.

Rylie was very helpful and nice. Definitely made the tour process easier!

Very affordable apartments, they are older and have character that shows, but they are well taken care of by the property owners. When we put in a maintenance request it is taken care of in a very fair amount of time.

Lindsay and Aubree are really nice and they care about people here and making sure they’re satisfied and taken care of. They helped me get into an apartment of my own and worked with me. Very nice people and junior the maintenance guy is awesome and helpful as well. I recommend staying here cause there are lots of places around you can walk/drive too.

This place is really nice for an apartment. I would love to thank Aubree and Lindsey for their help getting me the place, they are the best.

I love the apartment it's a nice community love the fact that everything is near by love that there is security at night makes me feel safe at night 😃 and I also want to thanks Aubre for all the help I need she has helped a lot
