We love living here. We love that there is cable included. New management here is awesome. Mantaince have been on top of it lately with thr new management. There is active communication with management.

I just love living at the layton meadows apartments. The management is great, friendly,and just fun to be around them. They are polite and easy to talk, you can talk to them about any problems you are having. The maintenance guys are always on top of everything.

Due to shifts in staffing, it took a little while to get a couple of repairs done, but those repairs were accomplished in a manner which exceeded our expectations! Luis was GREAT!

For the few times we've needed assistance and some repairs Dillon has been so accommodating of our needs and schedule and the outcome has been better than expected! Thank you!!

I lived here for about 4 years. The leasing office was always helpful, though sometimes hard to get in contact with. Maintenance responded to service requests fairly quickly. Police activity is heavy to be honest, but if anything that made me feel safer in the community. I recommend this place to anyone seeking a cheaper apartment. The interior quality is quite nice for what you pay.

I've had a few friends live in Layton Meadows Apartments over the years, and I haven't personally experienced any issues and seems pretty quiet for the most part. Although, I'm not a tenant. Anyway, I have noticed improvements in the last few years.
