I lived here for about 4 years. The leasing office was always helpful, though sometimes hard to get in contact with. Maintenance responded to service requests fairly quickly. Police activity is heavy to be honest, but if anything that made me feel safer in the community. I recommend this place to anyone seeking a cheaper apartment. The interior quality is quite nice for what you pay.

The apartments are very clean, dresden and the management team is very easy going and work with you. The pool is nice and clean and perfect on hot days. Outdoor basketball court is nice for some excersize. Overall a great place to stay. Great neighbors. Great management team that works with you. Would give 6 stars if possible. The mall is right across the street everything you need is in walking distance.

Been here four years. Was not great in the beginning the office ladies were rude and unprofessional but now that there is new management it’s ALOT better! The ladies I T he office are sweet and very accommodating. The maintenance guys are pretty great too. The only problem that I have is that they start projects and never really come back to finish them but other than that it’s pretty cool here.

What a great experience! I saw an ad online for a super cute apartment and set up a time to come tour it. Dresden was so helpful and had all the answers to my questions prior to the tour. Makayla was so knowledgeable and kind as well, she answered all of my questions during the tour. I also appreciated Dresden following up to make sure we had every thing we needed to make an informed decision. These ladies are SO nice I want to live there just because of them.

Good place to lease. Management are very helpful especially Dresdan.She helped me set up auto rent pay. She's lets you know when your lease is about to expire and comes up with a new plan that works for you. Maintenance is right on when you call. They come right away and fix the problem. I like the fact that Management is on site and accessible to talk to when you have a need. The walkways are clear in the winter. The only area that people should watch is the dumpster area are very icy. I wait til the sun comes out to take my garbage. Other than that a great place to live.

They have a new crew and working on getting the buildings back into shape. Also bringing the residents together plays the part of keeping a safe and fun atmosphere !! Living here has benefits for seniors. It is a supportive environment in that, grocery stores, the mall, churches, schools etc. are really close and convenient to reach. Older citizens can be seen enjoying the seasons outside without having to do yard work, and in the winter it’s nice to know that the staff will shovel the walks. Walking a small dog gives one the opportunity to meet friendly neighbors. Sometimes when younger neighbors see me taking trash out, they offer to take it for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In the summer one can hear and see families playing in the swimming pool. My husband and I have enjoyed the pool when one of our grandchildren has come over to visit. In the open area, children will play basketball, roller skate, and families can be seen barbecuing in the summer. The trees on the property turn beautiful colors in the fall. Several seniors have enjoyed living here for more than a decade.

Today I am writing a review for Don the maintenance guy - we had a split window frame in the living room and the cold air coming in was horrible. Don came to fix it and went out of his way to make the correct repair, he did an amazing job and now the apartment has no more cold air coming in. Thanks so much for the special effort.

Mike is awesome. In the midst of all that is going on with covid-19 not only is he here working hard everyday but is also extremely compassionate and caring for the residence. I am so blown away and touched that Mike not only thought of my family through these goings on but brought us food from the school drop off, what he did means so much to me. First let it be known. I have lived here 6 years. After reading theboo hoo reviews. I want to give you a long time tenant review. Bugs: Yes there are bugs. I'm not sure where on the planet you have lived that there isn't any. They spray yearly. If you clean your unit. They don't come in. ( commom sense) Pool: Yes we have one. Yes we do have to abide by the rules posted. Yes they do clean it. And yes they do maintain it. Is it ALWAYS open. No. Things happen. Things don't ALWAYS go they way you want. GET OVER OT. Dog poop: Yes dogs do go poop. God forbid. Do people clean up after them selves.?No. But we are given poo baggies. And a garbage. If residents don't clean up after there dogs. We are given steps to *help* take care of it. People doing drugs: Yep. People do drugs. Lots of people do drugs. Do they have time, to daily submit drug screens to every person, that comes on the apt grounds? Lol. No. You can't control people. Or how they chose to live there lives. Kids: Yes kids are loud. They scream. They play. LOUD. I have 5. If they aren't yours. Mind your business. Small units: Yes. KEY WORD. APARTMENT. Maintance requests: If it's broken they fix it. This is a large apartment complex. If you think you can maintain and jump to every request faster than they can. Fill out a job application. It'll probably lighten the load. And make them go faster. **** Bottom line. Life isnt perfect. Nothing is. My family lives here. Yes there are problems. But they address them with how they can help you. Staff here is super friendly, you can always shop around for better deals but I chose this one because the property managers (Marissa in particular) were always going above and beyond to help me. They were always willing to work with me on payments, and even give advice on fun things to do in the area. Highly recommend!

After reading reviews I was skeptical about moving into this complex. It’s really not that bad. The reason other residents say it’s bad and there is spiders is because it’s the way they live, a lot of them aren’t clean at all. I’m a very neat and clean person, and I have NEVER had any issues with spiders or anything broken. It’s a perfect place for a first apartment.

I’ve lived here for 7 years and it’s just like any other apartment complex! The staff that works here is amazing anytime I have a questions they are always so willing to get back to me as soon as possible. Now this place is not perfect but the staff has really been trying to clean up the community and they have been doing a great job. People need to have clear and honest expectations when it comes to maintenance, there’s just no way staff can get to your problem with in a few minutes there protocols that have to follow. Anytime I’ve had an issue in the 7 years they have also got to it with in a day or two. Layton meadows was very respectful of not just showing up and walking in when they want to check theming out I always called in advance and asked to be in person when getting inspections and they were very respectful about it. People who are leaving complaint I belive have unrealistic expectations and probably pay there rent late because they are figuring out how to be responsible if your gonna be late or have an issue the best way to have Layton meadows always bat for you is talk nicely to them with respect and they will go out of there way to help you out if they can. As long as your a respectful resident and aren’t partying or being late on rent of causing mayhem for Layton meadows to deal with you will be fine. As for the people who have dogs please pick up your poop I’ve seen to many people watch there dogs poop then walk away with some sorta entitlement. Clean up after yourself show some class and respect for the apartment yourself and your pet. Layton meadows got my back on my feet in a time when I didn’t have anywhere to go and options were tight. They always had had a great staff and deserve more praise then they get. Thank you Layton Meodows for being so great to me my journey is elsewhere now but you guys definitely helped my get to where I am now. Good luck new residents and remember be nice and respectful and it Layton meadows will show that same level of not better. Again thank you for everything!!!

Come stay with us at the Layton Meadows where the amenities are as amazing as the management and staff it has to offer. If you come on down we have a great remolded mold infested lofts. That mold just brings that right musky wet smell no one could resist. Its so great its hard to keep track on what we have fixed in the complex and kept up on. People are always saying we are number 1 using there middle finger. In fact we are such a popular apartment complex we just can't keep those dang cops out of here because they as well know how fast all the units GO! And just wait tell you and your dog go for your first walk in the beautiful court yards. They are so considerate to be able to show you there is proper plumbing and electrical wiring for all to enjoy! So much joy its electrifying! And if your kids would love to start learning to become a Electrician than this place is gonna be just great for you. Our pathway lamps and street lamps do not have those stupid annoying covers that make it so hard to get those wires! So getting through college is gonna be as fast as lightning! You need to ask yourself one question has there ever been a time in your life that you That you get to experience that amazing event with fire in your own home? Well you do not have to worry about that fire escaping our screens are screwed on professionally! No more worries on that fire escaping this also keeps the fire healthy and feeding it so it can turn one day into a blazing inferno keeping not just you but also your Neighbors warm and cozy as you sleep at night! The units we offer also come with their own antique décor coming and even if you seek there is an age to fire extinguisher that we are mostly 11 years old from expired service date this right here gives us the best ratings for the image we hold No And if you are worried about your water bill i mean who isn't? Worry no more we have the best holes for rain to come in your apartment naturally and this also gives our mold the best smell and the best after effect for your body to experience! No longer will you have to go to a spa to really fill the great affects crawling through your skin. The living conditions here are excellent! It is cozy and clean! We have had no issues with bugs, rodents or anything unacceptable! The noise level is minimal as well! The yards are kept up and most people clean up after their pets very well! We also enjoy the pool and the community grills in the summer!! Over all it is a GREAT place to live!!

Most of the people here are really friendly and outgoing. Although it’s not 5 star accommodation, they allow large dogs which is a bonus. The staff are friendly and outgoing. There were a bunch of maintenance issues when we moved in, but were resolved immediately. Only one parking spot per apartment which sucks if you have multiple cars. The location is great though. The insulation isn’t the best since it’s an older place. I’m in a renovated apartment which is nicer than some of the units I toured. They have basic cable included and a bulk cable package which discounts the internet and premium tv. 60 megabyte connection is really fast.

Honestly speaking, a lot of these reviews were true when we first moved in. There was an issue with people smoking, and the lights being out. Recently we haven't had much of an issue with smoking and when talking with the people in the office they said that all of the lights are being replaced. Most of them have been and its like a different apartment community now. I feel comfortable walking from my apartment to my car at night because I work graves. We have had some issues with maintenance getting in and fixing problems we have, but the main thing to say is that if you come into the office to report the problem it gets fixed. Calling didn't get us very far it was still a few days before they could come out and fix it. mostly our garbage disposal getting jammed witch I'm sure we could have fixed ourselves but felt better about asking them to. We plan on staying for the remainder of our lease and haven't had any issues with late payments. Mostly, if you keep to yourself and follow the rules, you will enjoy it!!! The trouble makers are the ones saying all of the negative comments. ASk the current residents, they will tell you how different it is!!!! thanks layton meadows we sure appreciate you!!!!!

after nearly a year here, I have found kind and sympathetic people. There is a sense of community here and compassion . I am in my second apt here and have never had "bed bugs" ; most likely it is that bed that has the problems. Staff and maintenance are fantastic!! Cheers~
