Edited to add* I submitted a request involving a water leak from my guest bath that my kids use and Dylan showed up an HOUR after I submitted to take care of it. I was truly blown away with the fast response and how determined he was to figure it out. My husband and I had been applying everywhere looking for somewhere to go after our last place. No one would accept us with my credit even though his is amazing (we got denied like 5 places previously). They accepted us without issue. They worked with us on rent and waived the fees as a one time courtesy when we had unexpected medical expenses for our baby boy. Every issue I’ve had they have addressed. I had leased a washer and dryer and they were trying to get a new one for my unit, when I let them know I wasn’t happy with the wait they found me one that day. The sink was draining weird and maintenance let me know it was the way the pipe was, not a clog, but offered to go get the part and change the pipe if I wanted him too. The maintenance is always kind and respectful, the front office staff are amazing. Don’t get me wrong, it’s an old place and so somethings and the layout are a little dated, but it’s worth it and we have been really happy here.

I lived in this apartment community for six years and have gone through numerous numerous management companies. I just moved out about a month ago after six years of tenancy and I can save that the new management is a 10 out of 10. They sent me my move out statement quickly, and it was fair. There was no price gouging or unnecessary charges. Grateful for the new management and I’m hopeful for the continued success of that property. Thank you for the time I had there, and I wish you continued future success.

Nice apparents, not too expensive and they have what you need to live. There is a pool available for residents, and also a place to do laundry, apart from many shops around, so close to go walking, especially being a J1.

Living here so far has been great! Despite the property being so huge, the staff are always great and tend to your matters ASAP. Maintenance team always transparent as well, all while handling things reasonably fast. Since my time here I’ve honestly had zero complaints, any time there was an issue (hasn’t been very many) it was always addressed in a nice way and well taken care of.
