APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Layton

I recently applied after receiving a flyer with a very alluring fall promotion. I called to get a bit of information and ended up scheduling a tour with Aubree for that same day. I was greeted by her, and shown the unit by Laci (I do believe, I could have mixed them up I apologize in advance !) and she was very up front about both the amenities and the few quarks that come with any apartment, none that are even close deal breakers, luckily. They went above and beyond by negotiating with their manager on my behalf, which helped me get an application in that same night, which was essentially a seamless process. Gratefully, I was approved! I'll update this review in a few months after settling in, but so far in quite pleased and eager to become a resident.

From the moment I reached out, Lindsay, Tyson, Laci, and truly the entire team made me feel welcomed and cared for — like more than just another resident. Moving from out of state can be overwhelming, but their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail turned it into such a smooth, genuine experience. The homes themselves are absolutely beautiful — I fell in love the moment I walked in. In fact, it was my very first stop on my apartment search, and I never looked at another place after seeing it. That says it all. This community already feels like home, and I’m so grateful to have landed here.

They were so kind to me with move in and made everything so easy! From the first tour with Laci, I felt comfortable here and knew it was going to be my choice for a home! Everyone in leasing office is so kind and welcoming!

I love Layton Meadows Apartments. It’s a great community. The management team is awesome and the maintenance people are very friendly as well.
