Abree and Lexi go far and beyond in helping us when we need. It they both are so sweet and kind.

We have lived here since June. The Manager and Assistant Manager are amazing ladies. I come off abrasive when I talk at times and they are always nice and understanding. I have had a couple minor issues, but Aubree gets them addressed immediately. And their maintenance staff is awesome and quick. When my 16 year old dog passed this past week everything else seemed to go wrong in my life. I received an email reply from something I asked about and Aubree sent her condolences about my girl. That right there won me, she didn't have to say anything and she did. This team goes above and beyond and I appreciate it like no other. Are the apartments perfect? No! But they are not brand new, they are nice, clean, and the property is taken care of and if you do have a problem communication goes a long way. And as for the conversation moment about no dryer vent, no they do not, however I bought a device off Amazon for mine and I do not get a ton of extra heat. They sell stuff for that. You can't expect perfection though from an old community.

Layton Meadows is a place I’m proud to call home! They have the best team around. Dylan the maintenance man and his entire team are always so quick to fix any issue and with a positive attitude. Abigail, Aubrey, and Lexee are some of the best office managers and ladies you could ask for! Anytime I have an issue or need help they always go above and beyond to fix the problem and make it right. The apartments are clean, cozy and affordable. I also love that Layton Meadows is so close to everything in town you could need.

I’ve loved living here ever since I moved in, great environment and one of the most relaxing apartments I’ve lived in, leasing office is definitely some of the sweetest and most attentive people to work with. From the start they made my move in process so smooth and stress free. Huge shoutout to Aubree too she has always been a huge help!

I have lived here for over 4 years and from the time I moved in to now I seen the management improve the property. The staff at the office has nothing been help in getting issue resolved. They are always are friendly and helpful. I appreciate thier continued improvement to the property.

I love living at Layton Meadows. The apartments are nice and if you need maintenance they arrive very quick! Layton Meadows has the best pool! It’s a fun place to live!

Lexee and Aubree were very professional and answered all of the questions I had! Layton Meadows looked beautiful today! The grass was freshly cleaned and it smells really good in the leasing office☺️

Lexee is the absolute best anytime I have an issue I know I can call or go into the office and talk with her and she is understanding, helpful and kind. Anytime I see her around the complex she makes a point on asking me how my little family is doing and genuinely cares. She is truly an exceptional person and is truly a blessing to this complex!
