The Layton meadows team has been extremely welcoming and helpful every time I’ve interacted with them. You can really tell that Lindsay and Aubree care about the property and its residents in their daily efforts. Maintenance is on top of their work here too!

I really like these apartments. We have the older model which is okay vs the newer models but still functional and clean. Maintenance has been on top of my requests which I really appreciate. Laci has been amazing to help get us started and everyone ive met (Maintenance, leasing, pest control, and people in the community) has been very friendly. Im so happy I moved here ☺️

The management and the leasing agents are very nice and kind, they attend all my needs with my apartment issues…. With speedy maintenance.

Have lived at Layton meadows for almost 2 years now. Definitely love the new management, a lot more friendly and eager to help. Recently had maintenance come out over the weekend to help fix the water heater. The apartment itself is good but definitely love the area. Definitely a good place to live.

I love it! The process was very easy to get into a place! And the rent is a fair price and was willing to work with me on my not so great credit! I've been here for a few weeks now and had a couple small things I needed fixed and they were on it! Staff and maintenance have been very helpful for me! Any time I had questions and concerns and work orders they were quick to help! I love my cute little cozy apartment! Thanks to the new management, staff, and maintenance crew! Appreciate all you guys do to help me feel at home 🏡 ❤️

I like how quiet it is. Staff is friendly and respond to messages in a timely manner. Also it was simple to renew the lease. Only 4ook a few minutes.
